Op het Engelse Stoke Your Fires Festival in Stoke-on-Trent (10 t/m 24 februari) zijn twee Nederlandse films in de prijzen gevallen. Tijdens de internationale awardshow werd ‘The Itch’ van Patrick Schoenmaker uitgeroepen tot Beste Professionele Animatie en kreeg ‘Happy Camper: Born with a bothered mind’ van Job, Joris & Marieke de prijs voor Beste Videoclip.
In totaal waren er 200 inzendingen van over de hele wereld. Naast de awardshow waren er vier wereldpremières, interviews met regisseurs, een World’s Best Animation programma van KLIK! Amsterdam en een Digital Arts Festival (DATfest).
